Lori Orr’s tenure at Marywood University began as a Faculty Services Assistant in 2011. She has over 11 years of experience working in the Registrar’s Office. In her current position as Coordinator of Prior Learning Assessment, Lori is responsible for facilitating the evaluation of transfer credits and other prior level learning for accepted and prospective undergraduate students. She assists in the recruitment and course planning for both transfer students and former Marywood students who return as applicants. She also promotes alternate means of earning credits, such as portfolio assessment, and has a role in the establishment of articulation agreements. Lori earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Penn State University; and a Master of Business Administration degree from Marywood University.
