Welcome New Pacers

Hello, Incoming Pacers! Spring 2026 is a meaningful moment as you take your first steps into the Marywood University community. As you prepare for this exciting new chapter, our orientation teams are looking forward to your arrival and have planned a welcoming and informative Spring Orientation to support your transition.

Our Spring Orientations are designed specifically for incoming undergraduate and graduate students beginning their studies in the spring semester. This opportunity will provide you with essential information, introduce you to important campus resources, and help you begin making connections within the Pacer community. It’s the perfect way to start your Marywood journey.

To get started, please visit the New Student Forms link to complete the required documents and prepare for the semester. Access to these forms requires your Marywood login credentials. Your university username and password will be sent to the email address you used to apply and will allow you to access important platforms, including your Marywood Gmail account.

We can’t wait to welcome you to campus and support you as you begin your Pacer Experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

This one-day event is your opportunity to meet faculty, connect with staff, and begin building friendships with fellow Pacers.

During this exciting day, you’ll receive your course schedule, attend informative panels, and connect with important mentors and resources, all in one convenient, supportive setting.

New Student Orientation sets the tone for a successful start to your Marywood experience. A new year and a new beginning await, let’s get started! We can’t wait to welcome you to the Marywood community. Your future as a Pacer begins here!

Time: Check-in begins at 8:30 AM | Program begins at 9:00 AM

Step confidently into your graduate journey at Marywood University with our Graduate Student Orientation, a focused, informative, and welcoming experience designed to set you up for success from day one. This orientation is your opportunity to experience what it means to be part of a community rooted in academic excellence, support, and true Pacer Pride.

During Graduate Student Orientation, you will:

● Meet faculty and program leaders who will guide your academic path
● Explore essential campus and digital resources
● Learn about tools for balancing coursework, research, and life

Your journey as a Pacer continues with our extended orientation program that is designed to make your transition to Marywood seamless, exciting, and unforgettable! From move-in day festivities and class photo traditions to dynamic social events and essential academic sessions, this multi-day orientation is packed with opportunities to discover, connect, and thrive. 

Engage with resources, meet fellow Pacers at fun activities, find the exact locations of your classrooms, and get excited for day one of your college experience. Whether you’re a first-generation student, a transfer, a resident, or a commuter, you’ll find your place in our welcoming community. 

Expect lawn games, outdoor parties, lots of laughter, and great times, all while preparing for a strong academic start. And before school starts - we might even take a fun off-campus adventure!

Our International Student Orientation is designed to help you adjust smoothly to life in the U.S., navigate academic expectations, and connect with fellow Pacers from around the world. You’ll receive important information on visa requirements, cultural adjustment, campus resources, and academic support, all while exploring the vibrant Marywood community. Meet with your mentors, engage in fun activities, and build memories that will last a lifetime. We’re here to support you every step of the way—get ready for an exciting journey of learning, growth, and new experiences!
