Dr. Lia Richards-Palmiter earned her Ph.D. In Human Development with a concentration in Social Work from Marywood University. She is the Director of the School of Social Work, MSW, Program at Marywood University and is past Dir. of Student Equity and Inclusion and past Director of Diversity at Marywood. She teaches in Social Work, Strategic Leadership and Higher Education departments. Dr. Richards-Palmiter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
