With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Cindy serves as the Assistant Director of Financial
Aid, aiding the Financial Aid Director in the administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid
programs. Her experience enables her to better understand the full financial aid cycle at the student and
institutional levels. As Assistant Director, Cindy assists with the day-to-day operations of the office as
well as serving as the primary administrator of the Federal Direct Loan program.
