James Ryan Halbert serves Marywood University as a Philanthropy Engagement Officer, working with the community in raising critical funds that support the University's missions and programs. Having a donor-focused approach, James is inspired by the donors he works with, hearing their stories, learning their interests, and together creating opportunities that will empower the current and future generations of Marywood students.
James attained his bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Penn State University and is currently working towards his master’s degree in business administration in finance from Marywood University. With a diverse background focused in donor relations, community outreach, partnership marketing, and public engagement, James seeks to strengthen the future of Marywood by building long-standing relationships between the community and the institution.
