Dr. Welgosh is a Part-time Professor in the Psychology and Counseling Department with a specialty area in School Psychology. Dr. Welgosh received her bachelor degree in Psychology from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre and conducted her graduate studies at Marywood University. She is a State Certified School Psychologist and holds an Educational Specialist Degree, as well as a PhD in Human Development. She is also employed by the Hazleton Area School District and provides private practice services and consultation. Dr. Welgosh’s research interests include sexual behavior, sexual harassment, health psychology, and diversity.
