Kim Padden’s over 20 years of experience in varied business settings gives her a strong foundation for maintaining the daily functions of a human resources department. Skilled in HR, operations management, HRIS, counseling, employee relations, compensation analysis, wellness, recruitment and workforce management, Kim uses her institutional knowledge and prior experience to establish the university’s employee relations and implement the necessary training to ensure the onboarding process is in compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
