                                                            Michelle Lynn Ostroski, EdD, LSW, an alumna of the MSW program at Marywood University, serves as an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) for the School of Social Work. Her clinical practice focuses on closing the gap of mental health disparities experienced within rural populations. Dr. Ostroski is an Economic Opportunity Fellow with the Aspen Institute, working collaboratively with local leaders in identifying system-based challenges and creating shared solutions for economic opportunity. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Temple University and her Doctor of Education, Healthcare Education and Leadership from Nebraska Methodist College. Dr. Ostroski is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Council on Social Work Education.
