Paul Capoccia is the Academic Planning and Data Analyst in Marywood University’s College of Health Sciences, where he supports the Dean’s Office through academic data analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and institutional assessment.
A Marywood alumnus, Mr. Capoccia earned his bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Mathematics and his master’s degree in Media Management from the university. His professional background spans higher education, project management, academic operations, SaaS systems administration, and entrepreneurship. Before returning to Marywood, he held roles in project management, Salesforce administration, teaching, and academic support, and previously founded and launched Marywood’s esports program and facility.
In addition to his administrative work, Mr. Capoccia serves as an adjunct professor, teaching undergraduate and graduate business courses. Across his career, he has built a reputation for combining analytical thinking with communication, collaboration, and a strong commitment to student and institutional success. Deeply connected to Marywood as a student, graduate student, employee, and member of the broader community, he is proud to contribute to the university’s mission and help support the next generation of Marywood students.
