Zijing-Marywood EMBA Program
The Zijing-Marywood EMBA program is a one-of-a-kind program in the market. This EMBA program is delivered in Chinese (Mandarin) and is offered in partnership with Zijing Education, Tsinghua Holdings Zijing (Beijing) Education Group. The program is designed to provide professional preparation for careers in middle and upper level management.

Partner for EMBA Program
Tsinghua Holdings Zijing Education was initially founded and incubated by PBCSF of Tsinghua University. It has been dedicated to international education for many years. The universities that cooperate with Zijing are all recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, and the degrees obtained are all accredited internationally. As Zijing Education has many implications for diverse and rich cultures, students in this program will be accredited by the results of their academic work globally.
The Zijing-Marywood EMBA program requires students to finish 36 credits which consists of 12 courses in 16 months. Cutting edge digitalization contents and cases studies are integrated all throughout the courses, which address the ongoing development need of digital economy. The EMBA program develops the abilities of future leaders by providing them with current trends in the field of management. Courses cover Business Thinking and Methods, Leadership and Execution, and Operation and Management.
Students enrolled in the EMBA program will have access to the support services that are available to students in Marywood's English-language online EMBA program. Students will access these services with the program's Chinese-language program liaisons' assistance, who will offer language and cultural translation assistance. As the program grows, Marywood and the School of Business and Global Innovation (SBGI) will assess which student support services are being utilized and determine if additional resources are needed for the program.
At the program-level, students will be assigned an advisor who is either the SBGI Executive Director, Associate Director, or International Studies Program Coordinator. These advisors will be available for academic and professional advice and mentorship.
University-level resources:
- The Office of Student Success assists students with tutoring, writing, assistive technology, and disability services.
- The Counseling/Student Development Center assists students with time management, study skills, counseling, and therapy to help students identify, clarify, and resolve critical issues.
- The Learning Commons offers a vast array of learning resources including ebooks and journal databases. The librarians have created a detailed research guide for business students to assist with their search strategies. MBA students may also utilize the online interlibrary loan system to request articles and book chapters that are not available in the library's databases. The material is emailed directly to the students in 2-3 business days.
