Located in the Learning Commons, the Center for Multimedia Communication is a state-of-the-art training ground for future communication professionals. The center includes provides a variety of media tools that can be used necessary to publish an online newspaper; direct, product, shoot, or edit video and audio programming; create and publish a PR newsletter; work as on-air television or radio talent; create virtual sets; produce short films; manage social media accounts; broadcast live sporting events; and much more.

When a building is ordered to be evacuated for any reason, occupants will be instructed to follow specific life safety guidelines, not to use elevators, and to evacuate by the nearest, safest point of egress. Occupants will be instructed to exit the building and proceed to a pre-designated evacuation area or rally point as identified in the Campus Emergency Response Plan.

McCarty Hall, located at the College Avenue entrance to the campus, presently serves the IHM Sisters' Annunciation Community as a formation house for IHM candidates and novices. Built in 1941, this two-story Colonial house was a management house for the Home Economics Department and served as specialty housing for various student populations from 1982 until it became an IHM formation house in 2019.

"Pep Hall," as it is popularly known, serves as housing for female graduate students in a single person room with shared bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. The Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts is a three-story structure that houses the Music, Theatre, & Dance (MTD) department. The facility includes a 1110-seat performance space which contains a proscenium stage, orchestra pit, dressing rooms, box offices, control room, backstage area and the ability to fly scenery. Other features include sound and lighting boards, a 9-foot Steinway grand piano and 7-foot Steinway grand piano (on stage), a Mason & Hamlin grand piano (orchestra pit), and large Allen electronic organ. The facility also houses several studios, classrooms and practice rooms, a music therapy lab and clinical observation room, recital room, dance studio, electronic music lab, piano lab, and a Black Box Theatre.
