The majority of Marywood’s Incoming Freshman reside in Loughran Hall.

All Incoming first-year students will complete a housing application and profile in our online tool eRezLife. For more information please check the  Housing Application Information and Deadlines box below.

All Incoming Freshman are required to maintain a Meal Plan. First-year students may choose either the PacerGreen meal plan or the PacerGold meal plan. Residential students who do not actively select a meal plan will be assigned the PacerGreen meal plan by default. This can be changed during the first two weeks of the semester by contacting Housing & Residence Life at, reslife@marywood.edu.

1st-year Residence Hall

Loughran Hall is a residence facility for freshmen. Its rooms are suites with shared bathrooms. The hall includes study and TV lounges on every floor.

Student Health Services is located on the first floor of Loughran Hall.

The majority of our first-year students are housed together in Loughran Hall.

All incoming first-year students will complete their housing profile and application using our new online tool, eRezlife, which can be accessed through your "MarywoodYou" portal. Each student will receive an email to set up their username and single sign on password to access the "MarywoodYou" portal. Student will use these credentials to create their eRezLife username. 

Applications for first year students for the Fall 2025/Spring2026 Academic Year will open on April 1, 2025.

In your eRezLife Housing Application, you will be able to complete a roommate preference form, indicate who you would like to live with, and/or make a “roomeez” profile. This process allows you to answer questions about yourself and to select roommate preferences, so that you can meet and be matched with fellow Pacers! As You connect  with other future Pacers you can go into your eRezlife portal and create roommate groups. 

All eRezLife Housing Applications for the Fall 2025/Spring2026 Academic Year are due by June 13, 2025. Housing assignments will be sent via eRezLife in mid-June to your Marywood email, so please make sure you are checking your Marywood email often for information from Housing & Residence Life outlining the process and for other important dates!

In order to participate in the housing selection process, students must do the following:

  • Pay the $300 Room Reservation Fee.
    • Pay Your Room Reservation Fee
      To complete your Room Reservation Fee payment click on the "Pay My Bill" Portal, log into your Marywood Student Portal, click on "DEPOSITS" in the top menu bar and select "ROOM RESERVATION FEE" in drop down menu. 

    • If you wish to pay in person you may do so at the Student Accounts Office, located on the terrace Level of the Liberal Arts Center.

  • Read and electronically sign the Housing Agreement.
    • Sign the 2025-2026 Housing Agreement 
      To sign the Housing Agreement you will need to log in with the prefix of your Marywood email + @marywoodcloud.edu.  (Ex: jsmith@marywoodcloud.edu ) You will use the same password as your MarywoodYOU portal password.

Once your assignment is received, it is highly recommended that roommates contact one another prior to move-in, to plan and coordinate what they will bring to campus.
