Student Accounts Important Dates

Marywood University's primary source of communication regarding billing and payments is through the student's Marywood email account. Students can grant access for parents/guardians to view their billing invoice/statements. Parents/guardians will receive their own Marywood login ID and password.

  1. Students will log in to their account in MarywoodYou.
  2. On the main Self-Service page, click our user name and go to View/Add Proxy Access
  3. Complete the setup.

In order to pay the student's bill in our TouchNet online payment system, or set up a payment plan, the student can enroll the parent/guardian as an Authorized payer.

  1. Students will log in to their account in MarywoodYou.
  2. On the main Self-Service page, click on Student Finance, then Make a Payment, and Continue to Payment Center.
  3. Students will login to the Payment Center.
  4. On the right sidebar click on Authorized User.
  5. Complete the setup.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects student privacy and gives parents and students certain rights. Learn more about FERPA on the U.S. Department of Education website.

If you would like to have access to your students' grades, they will have to grant access to you via a FERPA release form. They will also have to assign you as proxy in the MarywoodYou Portal. Please keep in mind, you will only be able to see final grades in the portal. Daily/weekly assignments will not be visible.

As your student embarks on their exciting journey at Marywood, we want to reassure you that their safety is our top priority. Our campus is dedicated to providing a secure and supportive environment where students can thrive both academically and socially.

We have implemented a range of safety measures, including 24/7 campus security, emergency alert systems, and accessible mental health resources. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to create a community where students feel safe and empowered to explore, learn, and grow.
